Essential maintenance being performed on our core switching infrastructure on Thursday (22/01/2025) at 00:00 BST.

During this window, all networking for all UK services will be taken offline for approximately 15-20 minutes. A maximum maintenance window of 1 hour has been allocated to allow for contingency; however, we expect the actual disruption to remain within 15-20 minutes.

This work is necessary to bring additional capacity online within the core network.

We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are planning an update to improve accessibility on the panel and to bring it more in-line with our updated company design style.

You will still be able to access all of your services.

Our subnets will be moving from CosmicGuard to EdgeProt. The DDoS mitigation landscape has been turbulent and the protection provided by CosmicGuard has at times caused server downtime to client services due to large DDoS attacks and poor routing. As a result of this our datacentre partner has provided an in-house solution called EdgeProt that we will be migrating to.
